What languages do you offer? +

We currently offer Spanish, French, German, Italian, Russian, Portuguese, Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, and Korean. New languages are added based on student demand.

Do I need any prior experience with the language? +

No, we offer courses for all levels from complete beginners to advanced speakers. Our placement test will help determine the right level for you.

What teaching methods do you use? +

We use a communicative approach that emphasizes real-life conversation skills, combined with cultural immersion and modern language acquisition techniques.

How long does it take to become fluent? +

Fluency depends on many factors including the language, your native language, study time, and practice opportunities. Typically, students reach conversational fluency in 6-12 months with regular study.

Are classes in-person or online? +

We offer both options! You can choose from in-person classes at our campuses or live online classes with the same quality instruction.

What's the class size? +

We keep classes small for personalized attention, typically 6-10 students per class for group lessons. Private lessons are also available.

Can I get a certificate after completing a course? +

Yes, upon successful completion of each level, you'll receive a certificate that documents your language proficiency according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR).

What's your cancellation policy? +

You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your lesson without penalty. For group courses, we offer prorated refunds if you cancel within the first two weeks.
